Hello, for some reason before I start another level, a box pops up what says "No wifi connection." Also, I am not getting no extra moves if I do not pass a level. None of this has happened before.

Thanks. However doing the steps you suggested LOSES the opportunity to continue the game i am on (purchasing things to CONTINUE) so if that's the only way to continue, (closing after spending $$) I will limit my spending

Check that you have the latest game and device updates
You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues
Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
