It gives bubbles, after the ad it doesn't... I updated and restarted the phone. So frustrating not to be able to continue. Even the help button in the settings doesn't work

I have Samsung Galaxy A52 with Android 14 and game version 6.84.16. I am on level 7843 of which till level 3815 all three stars. I also play Bubble Witch Saga, 9868 levels all with 3 stars, only one Medal missing, Star cats house finished… As you can see I am an avid player and the games mean a lot to me since they were an escape from reality though some hard times I had. Thank you for considering these issues

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with getting extra bubbles after an Ad. Have you noticed this happening with an specific Ad or with any at all and all the time?
Could you please also confirm the game version you have installed and the make and model of your device?
Following an update on 27 Feb I no longer get the option to use good bars to buy extra bubbles
n Leo's Cup, instead of increasing, the score decreases every time you pass a level. I have reported the problem several times but have not received any response.
