Kicked out the game

Every time I watch an ad for extra lives or bonus's I get kicked out of the game

Yes funnily enough it is with certain ads. When I'm close to finishing a level and play ads for extra bubbles thats when it happens

I am sorry to hear that you are being kicked out of the game. Could you please let me know if this is happening with an specific Ad? Does it happen at any point, like it starts to load but kicks out half way or any specific moment?
