I am writing to formally report serious and ongoing issues in Bubble Witch Saga 3, which are significantly affecting my gameplay experience.
The problems I am facing are as follows..
The game frequently hangs and becomes unresponsive during play.
After successfully completing a level, the game often restarts the same level instead of progressing forward. This has resulted in repeated loss of progress.
For the past 3 hours, the game has been completely blank and not loading at all.
These issues have persisted despite multiple attempts to restart the game and check my internet connection.
This situation is extremely frustrating, as it is preventing me from continuing the game. I request your immediate attention to investigate and resolve these technical problems as soon as possible.
Kindly provide a prompt solution or guidance to fix these issues.
