🛠️ White Screen Issue – Under Investigation

Hey Witches and Wizards 🪄

Some players are currently experiencing a white screen issue affecting gameplay. We want to let you know that the team is aware of this and is actively working on a fix.

While our developers are investigating the root cause of the issue, we’ve found a workaround that may help resolve the white screen. Please try tapping the bottom center of the screen to see if it disappears.

i’m getting white screen and can’t play

tried tapping bottom of white screen and still not working , tried tapping all over the white screen and still not working , how long will it be roughly before we can play again please ?

Please try tapping the bottom center of the screen. This should help make the white screen disappear.

seems to all be working ok once I tapped on the bottom centre of white screen. 🤞 problem sorted. Thank you

oops tell a lie, it worked when bottom centre tapped. Will see if it lets me continue.

Game loads up, then when PLAY pressed it just goes to complete white screen. Nothing gets rid of it. Tried tapping all over the screen but nothing.
