Hi, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but the experienced adventurer medal really doesn't work, or I didn't understand how to activate it. I have four-star levels, nothing loads. Where am I doing wrong?

Thank you for sharing that screenshot @janicka1967! That's the "Seasoned Adventurer" badge for which you need to win stars in Adventures which are levels that are not on the main map. It may take a while for your game to show the needed adventures for this badge, but just keep playing and you should see the opportunity to take part in them - usually there will be a icon on your map for these side-levels.
