Bug in the adverts

I think there is a bug or fault in the game with the adverts , it says watch another ad but there is not another ad there to carry on. It just says play

I have sent all info and pictures and still no help at all , the game has now froze on me so can you get your technical team to sort it out please , getting fed up of it saying watch another ad it then kicks me off it.The pic shows where the game froze on me !!!
