Lost my special bubbles and prizes

I played bubble witch 3 saga for 1 year, but the game crashed, and I needed to give it up and install it again to get back to normal. When I did my log in, I had lost all my awards, and the special bubbles. this frustrated me a lot, because I like to join and use in difficult times. I now have zero special bubbles. I want to know if there is a way to recover, or restart the game from the beginning, as if I had never played.
