    balls to shoot with two colors stopped appearing at the beginning of the game. Now only the option of single color balls appears. Can you help me, please?

      Same thing happened to me on this game - I even deleted the app and tried downloading again under a different name and still no option for the 2 color shooter ball like I once could get

      Hi there, 

      There was no confirmation to my questions but I can tell now that the game in question is Bubble Witch 3.

      In that case, please note that there was once the option to start with 2 color balls which was part of a test. However, due to technical issues, we unfortunately had to stop with the feature as it created crashes in the game (which really affected the game experience). 

      As of today, we cannot confirm whether the option will be added back to the game or not.

      Are they going to get rid of the duel colored balls in the game then, it's not fair to have to use 2 separate ones to get rid of them
