Where are my gold bars?

I play on Facebook Bubble Witch 3. Payed for gold bars but do not recieved!

they didnt give you gold bars just in begining 50 gold bars, when you start the game and when a shared my game to other people earned 10 i didnt see anyother way to earn free gold bars
