I am having the same problem as a few other, I wake the tree up, it shows the tree goes to main screen shows the chest but before I can click on it to get the prizes it then vanishes so I don't get anything why ????? I am on level 2549

My piggy bank has been full for a long time now can I use it ??

Really odd isn't it, I noticed it at 14.00 today ( 19/11/2020) my friend noticed at 15.00 today and another friend at 15.30. there is distinctly something wrong with the Bubble Witch 3 game again, I've tried playing it this evening and it's still there, still annoying / frustrating and no bone of us have made any purchases
