Glitch on Wake up the tree

Hi peeps

Anyone else getting this, whenever i choose bring the ghost up 'however many' lines, let's say 200, so i go to level 65 where the lines are 52, so i should only need to complete it 4 times to complete that task. But instead of taking away the 52 lines from the 200 each time, it only takes away 48, meaning i have to complete the level 5 times to get to the 200 needed.

And i've just completed release the owl for that task, 73 of them, but it only shows 66 taken away from the 100. So, what's happening?

Hi @PD987 I have had this happen on occasion but it's rare so I just play some more

It doesn't bother me but for some it will I just think its addition blips every now and again 👍

Unfortunately it isn't only occasionally for me, it happens nearly all the time. Also, the game sometimes crashes when the tree wakes so i then lose the reward :(

Hi @PD987 If you are saying this bug is a permanent feature for you can check you have the most update version of your game then log out and restart your device of this does not correct it the only way to clear the bug would then to perform a uninstall process

Hi again 👋

The tree crashing isn't permanent, that's only occasionally, but the count down on the items is. It's not a huge deal, just a bit frustrating if anything. Oh, i'm on the latest version as well, i always make sure it's updated. Thanks again 👍

I have won 2 flowers then have to wait more times then not a long time for teamates to win the other 2 often till the next day and then wake up the tree myself.

@alanc12345 yes that frustrate us all but it is how this challenge works all in all thought it is a great way to receive some much needed free boosters

I am having the same problem as a few other, I wake the tree up, it shows the tree goes to main screen shows the chest but before I can click on it to get the prizes it then vanishes so I don't get anything why ?????

I am on level 2549

Hi @Bromley Sorry to hear that but it is just a blip. Sometimes connection can be lost for that spit second or it just simply freezes.

If it happens every time then try logging out and restarting your device
