Absolutely frustrating that this has been happening for many, many weeks and NO solution. Feels like the developers don't care as long as they get credit for the ads being watched. Not good....

This is making me crazy. Definitely a glitch.

I have also been having this problem. Have done all of the things listed above and no change. I usually have the maximum allowed in lives and tje last couple of weeks they have dwindled to none. My friends are sending them, but I am not receiving any....

I have finally found a level that will cause me to quit candy crush. Level 12856 is unbeatable for me. I will not pay to pass it, and have run out of any kind of options. Unless I have way more moves than 20 won't be doable and I'm done trying. It's been fun, but I'm out!

Yep, just like everyone else, app is up to date, logged into Facebook and cannot send or receive lives. This has been going on for quite some time...
