Hello i am having trouble asking friends for lives, The message pops up saying that the connection is not connecting and tells me to restart and if not it can be connection but i have very good and fast internet, also i am not able to go into my account because i forgot my password and i was on level 1082 can you help with that?

I have also been having this problem. Have done all of the things listed above and no change. I usually have the maximum allowed in lives and tje last couple of weeks they have dwindled to none. My friends are sending them, but I am not receiving any....

Restart the Game: Sometimes, a quick restart can unfreeze those lives.
Check Your Connection: Make sure you have a stable internet connection, as a weak signal might cause issues with receiving and using lives.
Update the Game: Make sure your game is updated to the latest version, as updates often fix bugs.
Log Out and Back In: Try logging out of your account and then logging back in. This might refresh your game and fix the issue.
