If you update to 1.323 (Which is on Android at least), then this issue will be gone based on my checks seen. Something unrelated but this version also allows you to progress Daily Stamps with Star Tournament.

Confirmed. Old Levels don't work with Daily Stamps but Star Tournament does work assuming you use the 1.323 update! In 1.322, Daily Stamps doesn't work with Star Tournament.
