You can't if app data was reset on Mobile, unfortunately as boosters there are stored locally. But if you play on Windows as well, you can recover the booster inventory even if you reset app data there, minus timed boosters which are stored locally.

Does Star Tournament count? Because with my 30K+ Gold count I won't be able to test such events any longer.
