Hi there. Is your app properly connected to the internet? Can you see other player's scores? Also if you are near max level, you won't get it either.

I would double check the usage of your credit card and where it is linked to. It sounds like someone is using it without your authorization

Lots of people have the 12,000 banner. You need to replay the level and relog into your King account within the app.

Are you sure you are understanding what you need to do? Typically, to guarantee a win, you will need to clear an episode (15 levels) in one sitting. Within an hour or two. Otherwise first place doesn't generally happen

I'll be honest, it doesn't get much better! I'm halfway through the third episode and jelly jars are aplenty in every level, let me tell you! That being said, I am enjoying myself. Thanks everyone!
