I desperately need help. I have searched EVERYTHING and cannot figure out how to fix my Champions Race. Even though I have been winning the weekly challenges it still shows me as losing - even when I click "join race" - I get this.
How can I fix it?

Are you sure you are understanding what you need to do? Typically, to guarantee a win, you will need to clear an episode (15 levels) in one sitting. Within an hour or two. Otherwise first place doesn't generally happen
