  • Hi @johamilton I am using an android mobile phone to connect and my account login is for King. However, I can't log in to the account because of the lack of connection. The game worked fine on my phone for years until a couple of weeks ago so I am not sure what is causing the problem. Any advice would be appreciated 😊
  • So the uninstall/install suggestion didn't work for me. Still cannot connect and all my progress has gone because I can't connect to log in 😢
  • Thanks @KimElston I am playing on an android mobile device. Can't get the game ID as I get the 'no connection' message if I click on my profile. Would it be the number that appeared on recent correspondence with the support team? If so, it is 1000882429
  • That happened to me too on that level and I had to do it all over again. I think it probably is to do with the general connection issues that quite a few of us seem to be having. I recently created a King account to save my progress and the problem seems to have got worse since I did. Hope we hear about a resolution soon.
  • I would really appreciate a resolution for this too. I have been unable to connect all week despite being online. None of the suggestions made so far have worked and the game is less fun without a connection. Any advice appreciated, thanks.
