In this case no as the game is not really connected to the right account. You must do this to clear the old data which is the cause of this issue. If it does happen, we will be able to manually restore this for you so there should be no problem getting you back on track. But the game needs to be connected to the rightβ¦

Aha, that's the problem, the device is connecting to the last known account. I'm afraid you will have to delete the game app and a couple other things to get this sorted. Dete the game app. Delete the Facebook app (if you have it installed on your device). Clear cache from your Safari:β¦

Okay, you need to keep playing and make sure the game is connected to either your Facebook or King account. Give it some time and also make sure you're connected to a strong WiFi or mobile data while playing.

Okay, can you please disconnect the game app from your King account, close the game app and restart your device. Once started, open the game, connect it back and see if you're back on track.

Hmm, the game app might have lost the connection to the event. Do you have any other events such as the Barbie one available now? I would recommend keep playing and perhaps it just needs time to record your winnings.
