Why my King account sync with another Fb account instead of mine?

Hi, I've ask about this problem earlier and already do all the step that you answered by email. But still my King account sync with another Fb account. Not just that, my email also sync with another King account. Here I attached a picture. This is my profile picture but the username is from previous King account that I logged in

Can you do me a favor and double tag on the King logo on top of the image and get me the ID that shows up?

Also, just to confirm, have you tried deleting the game app?

In this case no as the game is not really connected to the right account. You must do this to clear the old data which is the cause of this issue.

If it does happen, we will be able to manually restore this for you so there should be no problem getting you back on track. But the game needs to be connected to the right account before we can do anything.

I need to re-confirm with you. if I uninstall Candy Crush app, may I get my level back? I worry if all my progress lost if i delete the game app 😭

Aha, that's the problem, the device is connecting to the last known account.

I'm afraid you will have to delete the game app and a couple other things to get this sorted.

Dete the game app.

Delete the Facebook app (if you have it installed on your device).

Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari (super important)

- Restart the device and try connecting the game back to your Facebook or your King account so your progress can sync.

my last level before I logged in another King account was 4927. then I played using that account. after that I logged in to my King account and I cant sync with my Fb. but theres a thing. My friend log in to her account using "nur khalisah zairudin" username and she automaticly jump to same level as me. are our ID switched?

⚠️ NOTE ⚠️

If you want to try uninstall and reinstall steps, you have your gold bars and level progress are saved/transfered but all of the boosters and inventory lives are lost and some events will be reset or gone when you save your progress completed with your Facebook Account connected.

Hi, please help me. I've logged out my account and logged in my friend's account by email. and I cant log in to my account back. my candy crush account linked with my fb before. but now it appear my friend's account. and she couldnt log in her account on her device again.
