Hey Denise, I think a lot will depend on the model iPad you´re playing on. There are some iPhones and iPads out there that are nowadays incompatible with their games. Hey rhondan, I understand that a lot will depend on the exact model Galaxy you play on. The older ones seem to be incompatible with their games, just like the older model iPhones and iPads. By the sounds of it you might be playing on one of these older ones?

Hey Rosedach, Try checking for updates, maybe even reinstall the app. Be aware though that reinstalling might result in you losing your saved up goodies. It also could be that they are maybe testing to only have the real world in Candy and not both anymore. Oh and maybe try on PC and see if you still have it there?
