i still cannot play candy crush on my phone. its a samsung gallaxy I had gotten an email that is is fixed but i am still experiencing the same problem. it loads but then goes back to home screen

I understand that a lot will depend on the exact model Galaxy you play on.
The older ones seem to be incompatible with their games, just like the older model iPhones and iPads.
By the sounds of it you might be playing on one of these older ones?

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
