I reached level 878 and it kicked me all the way back to the beginning. I've been playing CC for quite a few years now and I don't want to have to start all the way back to the beginning. please help!

How did you use to play this game? Did you use Facebook or the Kingdom to save your progress?

I guess I just used the kingdom. I use to buy stuff through the game all the time and so it was linked through my cloud. now it won't recognize my email
