Have you tried to remove the app from Facebook? https://www.facebook.com/help/204306713029340/ If that doesn't work the easiest thing would be to play a fresh game from king.com I reckon.

Does this happen every time you play the level or did it just happen once?

Ah you must mean the Fireflies! What you need to do is make two matches adjacent to them and they’re ready to fly away...BUT! There’s a catch! The fireflies will only leave the board when ALL of them are ready to go. So if you have 10 fireflies on one board, all 10 of them have to be activated before they will fly…

It cannot be transferred to another FB account officially but there's a way to do it. The game uses a FB or Kingdom login in order to save your local progress to a server (it's not a login to your account option per say, it's synchronisation option) so if you connect your new Facebook profile game to your game it should…

If you've not got the automatic updates set on your phone then you'll need to go into the AppStore or Play store whichever you use and search for CCS and it will say on the game page if there is an update available for you to download.

So what happens exactly when you open CCS on your new phone? Does it straight away give that message "WE ARE ADDING MORE FLAVOURS, YOUR PROGRESS WILL BE SAVED DONT REINSTALL" or does that come up when you click connect to Facebook? From seeing others post about the Nokia Lumia models, it seems to encounter quite a few…

If you aren't using FB you must be using Kingdom instead. When you are on the King.com page, on the top left hand side you'll see a box that says "save your progress", below this box you will find "Log in to existing account", click on it and on the pop up message you should it says "recover password" near the bottom,…

This is a super common mistake it seems, as it states the FB connect option is there to synchronise the local data to your FB or Kingdom profile and not for accessing your account per say. I have yet to have heard anyone who has found a way back unfortunately, the only option seems to be to carry on where you left off…

No idea about mystery manor but for Candy you'll need to connect your game to either FB or King.com's Kingdom in order for your progress data to be saved on a server. Once that's done an you connect to either of those, the progress will be transferred from serer to local memory. The only thing that doe not carry across is…

Yeah this seems to be a test feature as some people have it, some don't. I had it for a while but then it disappeared a couple of months back without warning. As it's not a fully implemented feature there's nothing we can really do about it but wait and if it does become implemented or if it gets scrapped.
