unable to sync between phone and PC

Recently i changed my mobile device and since then unable to sync between my phone and facebook account on PC i am playing 1014 on facebook PC abd 1046 on my mobile device and CCS keeps telling me that "WE ARE ADDING MORE FLAVOURS, YOUR PROGRESS WILL BE SAVED DONT REINSTALL" help me through this. i am using nokia Lumia 640Xl and i have installed the latest version of Candy Crush Saga and Facebook

  • So what happens exactly when you open CCS on your new phone? Does it straight away give that message "WE ARE ADDING MORE FLAVOURS, YOUR PROGRESS WILL BE SAVED DONT REINSTALL" or does that come up when you click connect to Facebook? 

    From seeing others post about the Nokia Lumia models, it seems to encounter quite a few problems with CCS:
