Hi Diane Have you checked that you are running the latest version 2.3.3 ? If using more than one mobile device i.e. kindle, then all of them must be running this latest version. That sorted my problem out. Best of luck No problem Tony Mc :)

Hi Im playing on iPhone 6 Plus and everything was fine until I updated BW3 version 4.6.9 then it disappeared. I’m a bit peeved as I was on level 10 but had used some of my boosters.

Yes there are treasure chests like astong has said! I'm talking about when you've completed 3 upgrades to your house and the treasure chest appears with a prize and sometime 5 lives. However, I have NEVER received a daily treasure chest? I'm using my iPhone 6plus. Where do I find the free daily booster?

Hi there is there a daily free gift? Because I've been playing BW3 since it first came out and I've never had one!
