When logged in with your King.com profile you see a small avatar next to your username. Changing it is easy; just click on it and select any of the available images. I believe, however, that you can't change the username.

I couldn't tell you, all I can say is that I'm very happy when I pass another level in this game... I love it, but it can be so hard..

Does it work for you in Google Chrome? That's the browser I generally use and the games work fine for me. To be honest, I haven't used Windows 10 yet and I'm not sure if I'm going to, at least not yet at this stage. Too many people having trouble with it.

Have you checked for updates for your apps and your mobile? If you play through Facebook, then also check your Facebook settings in relation to notifications being send out on your behalf by the game app.

Have you tried playing on King.com too? Try also this link https://www.whatismybrowser.com/ as it can be pretty helpful to detect possible issues on your PC.

Do you think it might be level related Jonathan? Have you tried to replay previous levels where you would get your selected booster randomly added to your game?

Did you check for updates for all your apps and your device? Try also doing a restart on your Windows phone. You could also try to open a browser window and go to King.com. Then select Candy Crush Saga and see what happens. That worked for my Android; you could give it a chance on your device.
