i wish to transfer and maintain the level i have attained in cc saga and other games when i transfer to a new device, how do i do it?

Open the game app on your device and tap on the cogwheel. This brings you to the settings, where you should select an orange symbol. Choose an avatar and a nickname. Enter your email address and choose a password. Go back to the map and you have synchronized your progress. On the new device, you need to simply sign in (don't create a new account) to your account et voila!

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
