Hi Alecia, Did you check for updates for your mobile and apps? Make sure you connect to the Kingdom or to Facebook within the game app prior to updating, so you won't lose your progress. If this doesn't help, consider reinstalling the app.

Hi Emma, Check for updates for your mobile and your apps. Make sure you have a strong internet connection and double check your Facebook or Kingdom connection within the game app (make sure you're connected within the game itself;-)

Hi Shabouki, The number of levels available can vary between PC and mobile, don't worry about that. Facebook and Kingdom will automatically synchronize your progress between your devices.

Hi Tammy, I had that feeling already after the third episode, years ago. Yet then again, it's Candy you know? If it freezes that much, it might very well be related to your device? Have you already done the regular troubleshooting for your PC or mobile device? Let me know if you need some help.
