Hi Lorri, Does this just happen on PC or as well when you play on mobile? Clear cache on your PC and do a restart. Try using another browser; I'd go for Google Chrome. Keep other programs and tabs closed before and during your game play. Let me know if it happens on your mobile or tablet too.

Hi Monica, Sounds like you have a serious tech issue on your PC. Clear cache on your PC and do a restart. Use another browser: I'd suggest you to use either Google Chrome (my favorite) or Mozilla Firefox. Always keep other programs and tabs closed. Take a screenshot if this keeps happening and attach it here.
