why does the game keep freezing right after i win? Candy, farm, candy crush soda....all of them!

I'm really getting frustrated. The game runs just fine until i win then utoh you have to reload or oops something went wrong. happens in all three games and i'm getting tired of it. I use my boosters and get so excited because i finally beat the level just to have it taken away

Hi Monica,

Sounds like you have a serious tech issue on your PC.

Clear cache on your PC and do a restart.

Use another browser: I'd suggest you to use either Google Chrome (my favorite) or Mozilla Firefox.

Always keep other programs and tabs closed.

Take a screenshot if this keeps happening and attach it here.
