We’ve tried just everything we’ve been advised to do. My daughter is now back to level 469. Here is a screen shot from her ‘Stella’s house’ at the moment. Any help to get her back here would be appreciated.

Quite annoyed and upset about this. I’m on level 949 on BubbleWitch3. My daughter was playing catch-up close behind. She transferred from iPhone to a new phone, (I think android) and she had lost all levels after level 469. I’m thinking of picking a new game if we can’t compete against one another. Really cheesed off! 😕

Same has happened to my daughter! She bought a new mobile and when she logged into BW3 and Facebook, she’s lost hundreds of levels. Any way she can get them back? TIA.
