I am curious. Did you play from level 1 to 18340 on the same device without a Facebook account or a King account? If you were playing with a Facebook account and now trying to save your progress with a King account, then it may be the same case as what has happened to me few years ago. I don't have it. Not sure if I might have declined the event. Sometimes there are too many pop-ups that I just want to close them all as soon as possible when the clock is ticking on the timed booster.
