I can not get rid of the Tricksie party claim button on my IPad. I have tried to claim my points and and I have updated it and I can not get it to go away. As a result, I can’t play the new game now. Thank you for any help I can get

I am also unable to collect my award for the Tricksie party. I won 4 out of 5 and every time I click on it they jump up and down and it shows I can take a picture but that’s it. Please help me.
