I ordered twice 12 gold bars but got a notification about it still being processed how ever I still did not receive the goods. Been waiting sinds 4:15 pm already rebooted my device. And the links voor Android in the FAQ don't work there appears an error page not found. How do I get a refund

Hello, I tried to purchase a small bundle through candy crush with friends.  The first time I did it it told me something went wrong and to try again,  so I did.  Then the next one said it was an error again. Now my phone account says I have purchased 2 bundles but my candy crush account says I haven't, what should I do?
