For the past 2 weeks i have not been able to use my coins that i purchased, send or receive lives

or have the special games within agame show up. I have sent 3 emails and to date no response. I have updated the app and shut down my device to no avail. I am not deleting the game and starting over until I know I will not loose anything. If you can’t do anything then please refund my money. I had hoped the problem would’ve corrected with this last update and it was not. Please respond and provide assistance thank you

    I'm sorry you're experiencing issues. Are you referring to Candy Crush Friends only or to other games as well? 

    Please follow these troubleshooting steps - Sounds simple but it helps in 99% of cases :) 

    Regarding the purchase, we do not deal with it here but you will be able to see the procedure and the right contact form here.

    Regarding the lives, there are some issues going on and we are currently working on it. Unfortunately, there is no news for now, but I invite you to follow this thread for future updates.

    Hi @rap
    The lives issue has been sorted out in Friends Saga game and now players are able to Send and Receive lives from their FB friends. In case you are referring to some other game than I'm sorry I'm unable to provide any update on that. Happy crushing dude........
