Question

I send my friends lives all of the time but I never get any. Could something be wrong or are they just not sending me any? When I first started playing this game I received lives but that has stopped and that makes me wonder if something is wrong

post for this issue.

If you are logged in with a Facebook account:

We're having issues with third party and our
Teams are working directly with them to fix this, however, some
implementations need to be done which might take some time. Therefore,
we're very sorry but if you're playing via Facebook, there can be some
discrepancies between the lives sent and received.

There is no need to report anymore as we're working on it. The
open post will be updated once we have a solution but bear in mind that since
third party is involved, it can take longer.

If you are logged in with a King account (Kingdom only, not Facebook)

Report in the
open thread:

·        
Issue (Can send but
not receive/ Cannot send nor receive/ etc)

·        
Your Game ID

So it can be looked into and help us to
understand what's going on and be able to fix any issue that may be
ongoing.
