My daily quests won't load (Status: Fixed)

My daily quests keep saying that they reload in 1 m. Is anyone else having a problem getting theirs to reload? I was wondering if it was just me or a problem with everyone. Thanks for any help 🤗

Hi everyone and warm welcome to the Community!

I'm happy to let you know that if you're playing on iOS or Android, a fix was found and released already. Therefore, all you need to do to get the Quest back up and running is to update the game to the new App version 1.8.4.

For Windows10 players, the fix will be released shortly but this will take a few ore days to be in place, so you'll have to be a little more patient.
The good news is that I added some treats to everyone who posted there game ID - If you don't know how to get it, check here.

Thank you merrydv.. I was waiting for an update to show in the AppStore but the app appeared updated. But when I went to the app itself it had an update button , which I just used.. and it works! So tip of the day that hahaha

Hi! The daily quests are not resetting in Candy Crush Friends. They usually reset at 12am CST. Any suggestions?

After opening the game with Internet ON, change your device date 1 week ahead and this may reflect the Daily Quests. It works in my android device.......

Hi justPlaying, yes I updated last night. I am using a tablet, I don't normally have problems with quests though.

@justina did you have this issues before updating last night? Is it Android or iOS tablet? Did you try clearing the cache? Is the Quest scroll missing or empty? Can you post a screenshot?

The missions screen is it stuck at 1 minute? When did it work last? I got an update today so maybe something went wrong when it installed? If on Android did you try clearing your Cache?
That is always what my screen looks like first on for sending lives to friends asking and second one for all friends. Did yours look different before?

Yes I have cleared cache / cookies downloaded nothing new and app is up to date. Samsung Galaxy S7. Thanks for any and all help @Foley1362 😊

@iampkm and @rdherrera01 there must be a problem with the system. I'm not t sure but it's been like that since I finished my daily quests at about 8 this evening. I've restarted my phone, cleared the cache, and nothing. Still the same. The good news is that were in the right place bc this a community of knowledgable helpful people who will do their best to help us 😊
