Stuck on level 540

Hi there...I just finished level 540 and the game will not let me advance? Yet there are new characters to be collected? Why can't I move on?

Hi again @nickers77 - I found a couple similar threads with this issue. Please try following the trouble shooting techniques listed by one of our Superstars @Pummy_Raj mentions in her response in the below link.

If that doesn’t work please respond and tag myself or Pummy using the @ symbol and our names like I did with yours at the beginning of this comment so that we can alert the CM and studio for next steps.

Hi @nickers77 - Welcome to our friendly community!  Have you checked your App Store to make sure you have the latest version of the game? Otherwise trying clearing your cache & cookies and then log out of your King/Fb account and then back in so the game re-loads.

I have updated to the lastest version, logged out and back in...and still..nothing??

Hi @nickers77 - what type of device are you playing from? Are you able to take a screen shot of the map and attach it as well?

I uninstalled then reinstalled and it took me all the way back to level 1. I took a screenshot before. I also made sure my ap was completely updated. Please help me get back to where I was, level 540.

With the re-installation of the Game App, some times, players do loose their level progress.  Usually, it can be avoided when we sync our game with Kingdom account.  If you have not done it yet, that is OK.  Here is a link to get your level progress back in your game

I also lost my game at level 540. I attempted to uninstall and reinstall and I am back to level 1. I tried to follow the link above but it was not helpful.

I tried what everyone said, took a snapshot of my progress, deleted game and re-installed. Now I’m back at level 1. Why didn’t it work for me!?
