    The Olivia event is still not back for me. Where do I see, if I have the most current version of the game installed? I play on a PC, Windows 10. And how do I update it? I thought the game does it automatically. It has always done so in the past.

    @QueenMia I went into my app store and updated the game to version 1.12.5.0.  I assume that is the fix.  However, after playing seven or eight regular levels, Olivia's Enclave has still not reappeared for me.  I don't know what to say.  I even tried closing the game through the task manager as previously suggested and the went back in and still nothing.  I guess they decided not to give it to me after the fix, since I know that not everyone gets the same thing every time.  In any case, let me know if there's anything else I can do yet again to get it back.  If you need my user id again it's 6770751579.


    @Kajai If you go into your app store and click on the ellipse (the three little dots) in the upper right corner, you'll see "updates and downloads" - click that and then when that page loads you'll see a button that says "get updates."  Click that and if there are any updates for any of your apps they will start.  Hope that helps.

    I did the update and she still has not came back. Really want to get her please find a fix for this. I play on my PC, my user  is 10003222222 .

    Thanks, I found it! Unfortunately it seems I have the same problem as you though. It says in the Microsoft Store where I got the game that I am on version 1.12.5.0 and that the game was changed yesterday. My game must have updated automatically like usual. But Olivia's Enclave has still never appeared again. :(

    Olivia gone & I just won her Wednesday.Cleated cache, uninstalled & reinstalled several times. Lost boosters.Olivia shows up in my collection yet I have to start from scratch.  With4 days left,almost impossible.

    I just kept playing the game at the end of the days  Olivia was won I got him anyway at the end of the days. The stars keep adding up.

    We have released a fix with v. 1.13 that should bring Olivia back to your game. Please make sure you install the latest version again. 

    Unfortunately, we are unable to add some extra time for you to unlock Olivia, so if you haven't had time to unlock her before the event ends, please post your game ID here and we'll see what we can do!

    Can it be that the update isn't available everywhere yet? It still says in the Microsoft Store version 1.12.5.0. I clicked on the searching for updates button, but it says then that everything has the newest updates.

    @QueenMia Hi.  I just went into my app store and checked for updates.  There wasn't one for CCFS.  I still only have version 1.12.5.0.  Don't know what else I can do if the update isn't available to me.  Once again, my user ID is 6770751579.  Thanks for all of your help.  Hopefully we'll be able to get this resolved before the event actually ends (which is today - I think).  Would've been nice to have an actual chance to play it.

    @brie_w there are 2 days left in the event. Hopefully everything will be resolved before time runs out.

    @QueenMia Hi there again.  Just an FYI - I have checked for the new version (1.13) in my app store approximately ten times today, even both rebooting(shutting down completely) and simply restarting, but still no new version.  I wish this had worked out differently, but one day will not be enough to get through the ten levels and get all of the stars, even if does magically show up tomorrow.  Thanks for all of your help.  Can't deny, I'm sort of bummed by all of this.
