I am unable to connect to the game on both Candy Crush Saga and "Friends"

I am connected to the Internet. I have 3.7 GB of space available on my device.  I have shut down for 10 + minutes.  When I open the game an exclamation point comes on and it states "oops something went wrong try again later. This problem affects both games.

    I am sorry to hear about the issue with your games on your device!!  May I know what device are you using to play them?

    Is the message appearing as soon as you open the game or when you try to play a level?  Can you provide few screenshots with problem existing?

    And let's start with some troubleshooting steps and see how it goes... Please try all the steps EXCEPT for the "Re-installing Apps" as it is the last resort and you will be loosing all the saved up boosters with that process.  The King team will not be able to reimburse them!!

    I am very sorry for responding this late!!  Since it has been more than a week since we spoke, is the problem in your game solved?  

    Did you try any of the trouble shooting steps I have posted in my above comment?  If not, please try those and let me know how it goes!!
