Trouble logging into my account

I have been unable to log into my account for a couple of weeks. This is the message receive when I attempt to log on or open my daily gift.

Can you check and tell us what version you have currently?

OK, let's start with some troubleshooting steps and let's see how it goes.  I forgot to ask what device you are using to play the game.... Please follow below link(s) according to your device

Try all the steps mentioned EXCEPT "Re-installing the App" as would be the last resort.  Please post back whether it worked or not!!
