I purchases gold bar and played game. But game was stuck tow time. I want get money back..

    My device is galaxy note 8 and after use color candy game was stuck..

    Level 567 won't let me down to the second part of the level. I finish the first part but it doesn't  go down to bottom part.

    Are you logged into the game through Facebook OR Kingdom account?  If you are logged in thru only Facebook, the above link will not help you.  But, anyway.. I was advised to suggest you to contact the King Customer Support.  Here is the link  https://soporto.king.com/contact

    ** While filling out the form, make sure to enter your game, Topic and Subtopic slots, to get quick help. 

    You will be receiving an automated reply with a ticket number as an acknowledgement.  If you are not contacted by one of the team member within 3-4 days, feel free to send a reply to that automated email itself (if you see a suggestion to go to Community, you can ignore that).

    I am sorry to hear about the issue with the level in your game!!  Did anything change from yesterday since you have posted this issue?  If not, let's try with some trouble shooting steps...

    * First of all, we have to make sure that we have installed all the available updates for the the App to be bug free;

    * Force close the App -->  Clear all the Cache -->  Restart the device after keeping it off for 5 - 10 minutes;

    * If that doesn't do anything, try these links for more trouble shooting steps ---
