screen has become small when I click to play- started yesterday and persists despite closing down my

Level 1

screen has become small as of yesterday.  You know how the ora ge part looks at first- well now that is the size of the screen it gives me to play on!  I have restarted my computer but the problem persists and even though I have a touch screen I am unable to manually enlarge it.

    I am sorry to hear about the issue in your device!!  Please try these troubleshooting steps for Browsers..

    Try those steps and see if they help and let's go from there.  If it did not change the screen, please post a screen shot of the issue!

    Please let us know whether it worked or not.  If you tap on "Type your Comment" box located below, you will be able to write back.  And to post the screenshot, tap on "Attach Image" icon located in the tool-bar and select "Choose Files" option.

    the first option (https:...) did nothing- remember you are not talking to a tech savey person- I followed the steps to attach image and choose  files but then did not know what to pick- there were no saved games and when I typed in Candy crush nothing showed up

    I understand and I am not a tech savvy either....  Being here on the Community, reading various answers and helping many other players helped me to learn a bit more :D  

    So, with regards to the https. link I gave you above, is to update our Computer browsers.  Because, it will remove any and all glitches that are pertaining to our PC.  That link is common for all Browser issues.... and according to the windows we use, we will have to pick that specific link.   

    Can you tell me what browser / window you are using to play the game -- Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge or Windows 10, etc., 

    Once you tell me which window it is, I will give you that specific link for you to work on.  Usually, those links are self explanatory.  Once, you click on those, the steps provided there will tell us what to do.
