Free moves or free live ... not working after trying seeing an advertising

On Android, when choosing FREE MOVES or FREE LIVE after trying to see an ad (UNZIP PODCAST from Digital Nutrition), it doesn't give the boosters. It restart the game without it. Sometimes, he cancel the opportunity to reach the coffin.... Deceiving.

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!  I have not experienced or seen this complaint from anybody else!!  

This could be an issue with your device and hence, the game is crashing!!  Let's do some troubleshooting and see if it resolves the issue!!  Here is a link of troubleshooting steps to follow on Android devices  https://community.king.com/en/blog/discussion/234676/is-your-game-crashing-on-an-android-device

Right how you only get free movies after the ads. The  extra life ( for me) only happens if you pass the required number of levels in  star chaser.

Yeah!  Receiving "Free Moves" and/or "Free Lives" is available for only small number of players and is not released all the players yet!!  

The Free Moves also varies -- for some, it is 5 moves and for some (me for example) it is only 2 extra moves!!  

Hopefully, all the players will be able to see both these helpful features, soon in their games!!

No!  not all of the players receive this "Extra Moves" feature!!  Just like how you are not receiving the Ad for Extra Lives!!  The King team sends the feature to few players at a time!  I think they would like to make sure there are no glitches!  But, like I said above, I am sure all the players will have them in future

I don't even get the option to watch ads for free moves in my game @Pummy Raj, and @actress it just gives game over at zero moves left

I'd love being able to get a few more moves on some levels as that's all you need sometimes
