No Advent calendar

I have no Christmas Calendar And I just found out that some people can watch videos and get extra lives and I've never had that chance before, can someone help pls

When I initially didn't have the advent calendar, I searched in Google Play for Candy Crush Friends and updated my version. As soon as I went back into the game, the calender appeared! Let me know if this helps.

I am a bit confused with both your comments!!  In first one, you said you have the event.  And in 2nd one, you said "you are having troubles with the event"!!!  
.
So, do you still have the event or not!!  If you do not have it, please go to this link and post your game user ID number and also post that "your event disappeared".
