I have no Christmas Calendar

And I just found out that some people can watch videos and get extra lives and I've never had that chance before, can someone help pls

    Why cant I use the gold bars I have and I dont heav a christmas calendar either???

    I am sorry to hear that you do not have the Christmas Calendar in both your games!!  

    Please try these steps if the event is hidden but is not appearing due to some glitch::  Force close the App ---> Clear cookies / cache ---> Restart your device after shutting it down for 2 to 3 minutes.  Now, log back into the game and check if the event is back.  If not, shut it down again for 1 to 2 more times and check!  This worked for few other players, may be it would be for you too!!

    If it still did not work, please post your game user ID number with the help of this link  https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-friends-saga/discussion/247378/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it

    Please post back and let me know how it went with rebooting your system.  Also, and don't forget to post your game ID number.  Your ID is the important tool to look into your game!
