Gold bars and confirmation before continuing

Hello,

At the end of games, it asks if you wish to continue with either watching add or using gold bars. Don't mind watching adds, but when I hit add and decide to cancel the game, it takes me to screen, that I don't realize was asking if I wanted to continue for cost of gold bars. 5 times now I have accidently hit this button, and have lost a total of 50 gold bars. Can a confirmation button or question be asked before just continuing by spending gold bars?

Very sorry for your loss of gold bars for accidental loss. I totally agree with you that there should be confirmation message before every purchase. And infact we have an idea section in the community and already this idea is put up there. You may please cast your vote there so that it can be applied.

Regarding your loss please try to contact directly from your game to the player support and explain them this as they have all your data and i am hopeful they may compensate you. I think its worth a try.

You're not alone 😅 I've once lost gold bars too after accidentally clicking on the "continue" button thinking it's to get free moves and didn't notice gold bars will be deducted.

After that incident, I've reminded myself to pause and read the options carefully before pressing any button cos I realize that I tend to rush my game because I want to level up fast, but I end up paying unnecessary gold bars 😅

So going forward, you may also try to pause and study the options given in the game. If you have doubt you can always exit if there is no "close" button. In my personal opinion, it's better to fail a progress than losing gold bars 😅

Hope it won't happen to you again and that you're able to receive some compensation after contacting the Support team.
