The game will not connect via email or Facebook. I cannot buy anything or do anything except play l

    Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in. Please clear the cache, good luck You can find a lot in the help center. You are welcome to look there. Is also available on this page.

    In the meantime please try the following troubleshooting steps of purchase issue:

    Reboot your mobile device. Reboot your computer If you play on Facebook or King.com

    Make sure the Internet connection is working correctly. If possible try another Internet connection – for instance from WiFi to mobile data

    Make sure you are logged into your App Store with the same account with which you made your purchase

    After you do this, there is a good chance that you got your purchase through and complete. 😊

    Hello @theblackdahlia and a very warm welcome to our friendly King Community! When the situation you are describing happens, it usually means the game thinks you are playing off line. The game can be quite sensitive to a strong and steady internet signal, so if there is a temporary drop or loss of internet signal, then the game automatically switches to off line mode. If you follow the guidance above, it should get your game back on track. You also might try and restart your router.

    Now that you have found the community - I encourage you to stay and explore, meet new people from around the world who share your love for the various King games, make new friends, get help on difficult levels, share tips and tricks you have picked up, enter contests and just have a lot of fun!

    @theblackdahlia Hi and welcome, Facebook recently did a platform update.

    All i can suggest at the moment is to check you Facebook permission settings. go to Facebook settings , webs and apps and check all your game and notification settings are set to active

    Hi there @theblackdahlia and hope you're doing well.

    I understand that you are not able to connect to Facebook or email for your game, which means you are playing offline. Please check that your internet connection is strong, well connected and not deactivated due to payment issue. Also, I hope you've tried the suggestions made by Bearwithme.

    If internet connection is fine and working well, please provide details of the device you are using including the make, model and browser you are using (if you're playing via PC) so I can pass the message to our CM/Game Studio to find out the actual cause, wherever possible.
